Our Beginners course will open your eyes to the many benefits of Krav Maga training, it will also give you the basics to advance in to our regular classes. This course also includes our popular Combat Conditioning classes which is a mix of fitness and conditioning circuits and boxing combinations.
We are a friendly bunch here at Shield Self Defence and Fitness and during this course you will have the opportunity to see one of our regular classes and ask both instructors or students any questions you may have.

We are now offering a 4 week trial as part of our new member experience. This means that you can try all of our self defence and conditioning sessions as part of the trial.
Class times are
Tuesday 7-8pm (Suitable for beginners) Combat Conditioning, 8-9pm Krav Maga
Thursday 7-8pm (Beginners Class) Krav, 8-9pm Krav Maga
Friday 7.15-8.30pm Krav Maga
We recommend starting with the beginner focused sessions if you are new to martial arts but feel free to come to as many of the sessions as you can for the 4 weeks.
