Do You Want To Become Hard To Handle?
Do you want to become healthier, stronger and fitter but don’t know where to begin?
Maybe you don’t want to go down the whole diet and exercise rabbit hole that is the fitness industry
On this 6 week course we will;
- Give you a free introductory technique week to make sure you learn the correct way to lift to keep yourself safe and prevent any injuries, this also lets us hit the 6 weeks running!
- Programme all strength and conditioning sessions so all you need to do is show up, put the effort in and reap the Gainzz
- Provide you with nutrition guides and meal plan examples so you can start getting the results you want without cutting out the foods and drink you enjoy
- Private FB support group to give you guidance and support when you need it the most
- Home and travel workouts for when you just can’t get to the gym to train (this programme can be adapted to home/online if you can’t make any of the session times).
Our Hard To Handle session times are listed below along with the link to book and pay
Here are some words from previous Hard To Handle participants
H2H is a great way to get fit and achieve whatever goal it is you are aiming for. It has a relaxed and fun atmosphere with the group but still has the support of someone who can answer the real questions and knows how to make sure everything is being done correctly and safely. Professional and a fun environment all in one. You are hard pressed to find that in most gym environments, so this is a great place to be. David Hutchison
I would recommend this to anyone, great training with great people. Chris is very knowledgable and has helped me understand the dynamics of lifting and how to do it safely enabling me to do things I thought I wouldn’t again due to an old back injury. I’m now training with confidence and my back has never been better or stronger. Scott Strang
” The H2H Course was a complete program that was easy to follow and saw some big results. The big difference from previously where I’ve tried to get fitter was the advice on nutrition, which was a total-eye opener especially on macro-nutrition, protein goals and portion size. With some adjustments I was very suprosed to not be hungry.” Rod Mcmillan (Online/Home H2H Plan)
